Shed- In Maya

I've started to create my shed in Maya. I hope I've got these positioned right. I've been referring back to the beginning tutorials of the street to refresh my memory of what I did. I feel like I'm working backwards though because they're positioned differently to the images used for the house.

Maya House 20-30

Not a lot to say about this, other than I think I may need to work on UVs a little bit more.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs

Thought I'd post this one up. It's the hierarchy of human needs. I'll be adding it into my essay to talk about how the woman lying with a robot is uncanny.

Uncanny Shed Sketch

Done in Photoshop. Just an simple outline at the moment with blocked in grey scale to show where everything it and isn't. Just a question. Should I roughly detail it in colour it to make things clearer or should I detail it using black, white and grey?

Uncanny Garden Shed

As my final piece involves making a garden shed feel unhomely, I took a few photos of the one in the garden. Unfortunately, it's not the shed from my nightmares when I was younger because although it would have been ideal it no longer exists. I also tried in some of the shots to bend down in an attempt to get the perspective of a child. Phil mentioned about trying to get a view of a child looking at the shed to make it even creepier

Mirroring and Beveling

I need some help. Why is it when I go to mirror something in Maya, I lose the beveled edges?
