During the conversation I had with Phil about 'King Solomon's Mine' he recommended that as the description is gives image to something akin to an ice palace, so he recommended looking up 'The Chronicles of Narnia' and looking at how the Ice Queen's palace appears. The book I borrowed doesn't have much in the way of images of the Ice Queen's domain but it does have a fair few images of her domain without all the ice and snow. Also there a load of landscape images which would be helpful in drawing the scene of the outside of the cave.
