For the unit essay I have decided to write about Don Bluth. I really love his animations, ranging from The Secret of NIMH to The Land Before Time. I love how light and colourful his animations are, yet the plot line is dark and scary at the same time.
Bring on Littlefoot, Spike, Ducky, Sarah and Petrie. You are quite right though; amongst all of the light and friendship, darkness lurks at every corner.
