Time Machine Essay- Spirit

After a talk with Phil on what needs to be up on our blog for tomorrow, I've decided to put up an idea I had for my 'Time Machine' essay. My first idea was the Flintstones but I wasn't 100% sure. Phil said to pick an area of the Time Machine to talk about then decide my animation. So I will talk about how romanticism influences certain present day time films and animations. The one I had an idea of which to analyse is Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron'. Although the main protagonist is a horse, the film does play upon the idea of man trying to tame nature and failing. There is also a very good scene of nature vs technology.
